TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children will be accepted at Cottage Pie by special arrangement.
3. For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
4. Please note that guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
5. Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R500.00 per night per person.
6. Cottage Pie reserves the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff.

Cancellation Policy

A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival. In the event of notification of cancellation or no show, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
1.       Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2.       Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
